Online support tickets are usually handled within 30 minutes between 08:00 and 20:00, 7 days a week.

Phone calls will go to voicemail and can take up to 6 hours for a callback during the same support hours — so we always recommend submitting a support ticket instead for a quicker response.

You can leave a message any time, day or night. We’ll usually call you back within 6 hours between 08:00 and 20:00. Our number may appear as withheld, so don’t ignore it 😉
