Memorial Keepsakes & Ashes Items

Can I send ashes, hair, or fabric?

Yes – after checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with our address and full instructions. You can safely send a small amount of ashes, hair, fabric, or even dried flowers.

How long does it take?

Once we receive your keepsake material, orders usually take 7–14 days to craft, plus a few extra days to cure (especially resin). Allow 2–3 weeks total.

Is it waterproof?

Most items are sealed and splashproof, but we don’t recommend full submersion or long water exposure.

Is grief support available?

Yes – visit our Bereavement Support page for UK helplines and emotional advice.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Because these are custom-made items, once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless faulty. Please see our full terms here.

Custom Laser Engraving

What materials can you engrave?

We engrave wood, metal, slate, acrylic, leather, glass, and some coated plastics. Unsure? Just ask before you order.

How do I send my design?

You can upload it directly on the product page or reply to your order confirmation email with attachments and notes.

Can I see a preview?

For personalised jobs, we usually send a proof image by email before we begin production – if requested.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once engraving has begun, changes or cancellations aren’t possible. These are made to your design and not resellable. Please check everything carefully before confirming.

Printed Clothing

What sizes are available?

Each listing includes a full size chart. We offer most garments from XS to 5XL.

Can I return or exchange clothing?

Because all clothing is printed to order, we don’t accept returns unless the item is faulty. Please check your size carefully before ordering.

Can I add my own design?

Yes – upload your file at checkout or email it after ordering. We accept PNG, SVG, JPG and PDF formats.

Orders, Delivery & Payment

How long does delivery take?

We post with Royal Mail or tracked courier. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days once dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

Custom items cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more info.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, PayPal, Klarna (where available), and Apple/Google Pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the UK. Please contact us if you have a special request.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Yes – you can add a free message at checkout and choose optional gift wrap if available.

Where are you based?

We’re based in Dorset, UK, and everything is made here in our studio.

Can I visit you in person?

We don’t have a physical shop, but local collection may be arranged. Contact us first.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes, drop us a message for a custom quote if you want 10+ items of the same design.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Let us know straight away with photos and we’ll sort it. All parcels are insured.

Can I request something not listed?

Yes – we love custom work. Send us your ideas and we’ll let you know if we can make it.
