Ordering & Production Times

Most items at Shellmon.com are custom-made specifically for you within 24 hours of placing your order. During peak periods (such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.), production times may be extended. We’ll keep you updated if there are any expected delays.

Resin Work Notice

Resin-based items require a longer production time due to curing. These products typically take 1–2 weeks to fully harden before shipping. This is to ensure they are not damaged or distorted during delivery.

Postage & Delivery

All orders are shipped using trusted courier services. UK standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for safe and timely delivery passes to them.

If an item is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged in transit, the claim must be raised with the courier service directly. Keep your tracking details and shipping confirmation handy. We’ll assist with supporting documentation where needed.

We video or photograph every item being packaged to ensure quality and condition before dispatch. All orders are securely packed to minimise risk of transit damage.

Returns & Refunds

As all our items are custom or personalised, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

We recommend that you photograph any damaged packaging before opening it, and where possible, video the unboxing. This not only supports your claim but could earn you 10% off your next order if uploaded to social media. Full details of the promotion can be found at shellmon.com/affiliate.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt by emailing [email protected]. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • Images of the packaging if relevant

We will review your request and contact you to confirm whether a replacement or refund is approved. If approved, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund via your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the transaction to complete.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return postage may be deducted from your refund.

Use a trackable shipping service or add postal insurance for returning higher-value items. Shellmon.com cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email [email protected] with your order details and evidence of the defect.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once received and approved. If the gift wasn’t shipped directly to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if the goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet the required standards of quality or performance.
